Over the past year, as a nation and neighborhood, we have experienced a tremendous growth in progressive activism following the election of Donald Trump to the presidency.

After 8 years of a horrific Christie Administration, New Jersey has elected a governor who has a progressive agenda in Phil Murphy.

Please join PHD when we invite two of the New Jersey’s progressive voices to discuss the question “What is a progressive?”

John Wisniewski
Served in the New Jersey State Assembly since 1996, where he represents the 19th LD. He served as the chair of the New Jersey Bernie Sanders for President campaign and was a member of the Democratic National Committee.

Senator Loretta Weinberg
Served in the New Jersey State Senate since 2005, where she represents the 37th LD. Ms. Weinberg serves as the Senate Majority Leader and has been a strong voice for progressive issues her entire career.
