Alec Karakatsanis, founder and executive director of the Civil Rights Corps, will discuss “The Bureaucracy of Human Caging” at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs. Karakatsanis previously served as a civil rights lawyer and public defender, and co-founder of the legal nonprofit Equal Justice Under Law.
