On December 14, PennEast was granted eminent domain to seize nearly 150 properties in New Jersey for a polluting pipeline that is not needed, not wanted, and not approved.

We must stand up for New Jersey’s 100% clean energy future and speak out against this damaging project by showing our continued opposition to PennEast!

This court decision does NOT mean that the pipeline can be built. Please join impacted landowners, conservation groups, and elected officials this Wednesday in protecting our land, our air, and our water, by emphatically saying “NO” to PennEast pipeline!
