Indivisible Princeton is excited to host civil rights lawyer Ryan Haygood, president of the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice. Mr. Haygood will talk about the Institute’s “Movement for the 94%,” which seeks to hold the state government accountable to the 94% of African Americans who voted for Governor Murphy. The movement focuses on transforming the youth justice system, restoring the right to vote to people with criminal convictions, and closing the racial wealth gap.
