DISMANTLING STRUCTURAL RACISM: ENGAGING NEIGHBORS, LEADERS, AND GOVERNMENT

We are looking forward to a day focused on understanding the systemic factors that perpetuate poverty and structural racism, and engaging diverse stakeholders in solutions that can grow opportunity in the Garden State.

The 2018 Poverty Summit will feature keynote speaker Paula Franzese, The Peter W. Rodino Professor of Law, Seton Hall Law School

At this year’s Summit we are expecting approximately 250 participants representing direct service organizations, advocacy groups, faith communities, labor and government partners, academics, and individuals with lived experience of poverty.

Registration and additional details available at the website provided. Sponsorship and scholarship opportunities available. Scholarship is available for people who are not able to afford the registration fee. Everyone is welcome to the Summit and cost should not be a barrier for anyone to participate.
