Tell the Burlington County Freeholders: “Reject the Permits, Stop the Pipeline”. New Jersey Natural Gas wants to build a pipeline through Burlington & Ocean County and the Pinelands. The pipeline runs less than 50 feet from homes, schools, and businesses, and will drill below over 40 streams putting the lives of hundreds of people at risk and threatening the future of our drinking water. The Pinelands Commissioners have approved the pipeline, but the Burlington County could continue to block the pipeline by refusing to issue road opening permits. Join us at the upcoming freeholders meeting where we will call on the Burlington County Freeholders to reject the permits. This pipeline threatens public safety.
