Fixing Partisan Gerrymandering

October 23, 2017 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

What is partisan gerrymandering? How does it threaten the fairness of our elections? And how is the Supreme Court involved? What can reformers do in individual states? Please join us for a conversation between Keena Lipsitz and Sam Wang to learn more about this critical problem and how we can fix it.

Keena Lipsitz teaches American politics at Queens College and The Graduate Center in the City University of New York and has written extensively about election reforms.

Sam Wang is a neuroscientist at Princeton University and is the brains behind the Princeton Gerrymandering Project and the Princeton Election Consortium. He writes extensively on redistricting reform.
